The deposit was not used for betting/playing.
The withdrawal amount is higher than stated under "Withdrawable".
The bank account holder is not the same as the person named in the betting account.
Incomplete or incorrect bank details.
For withdrawals via credit card: your card is not valid until at least the following month.
